The IUCr Executive Committee continued the series of IUCr Journals awards presented at meetings of the Regional Associates. A prize was awarded to the best poster from a graduate or undergraduate student in each of the following three categories:
- Structural biology
- Structural Chemistry
- Applied Crystallography
and consists of an IUCr Journals open-access voucher, a copy of A Little Dictionary of Crystallography and a certificate.
The Organising Committee of the 32th European Crystallography Meeting awarded the IUCr Jorunals Poster Prize in Structural Chemistry to Gyula Tamás Gál for the poster presentation: Effect of Crystallization Conditions on Diuretic Clopamide and its Copper(II) Complexes. (MS35-P35)
